I printed the files for the Prusa Original Lack Enclosure
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2864118
using 3mm cast acrylic from tap plastics.
I ran into a couple problems with the knobs though. They didn't fit very tight on the 3mm acrylic. I modified the file to be 97.5 percent on the Y axis to address this, they fit much tighter now and don't even need glue.
Another problem was that the bottom of the knob was catching on the edge of my table. It has a slight chamfer but the hard edge is what catches so I added a fillet and reduced the thickness by 0.5mm which addressed the problem.
Printed with esun petg they come out great with prusa petg settings in slic3r prusa edition.
Edit: Note, I included the fusion files that have the reduced thickness of the bottom and the fillet but they are still the standard size on the Y axis. The stl files are at 97.5 percent to better fit the 3mm acrylic panels, but if you export an stl from the fusion files make sure to scale down to 97.5 percent in slic3r.
