Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 MKI push button

The push button of my Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 MKI broke of. Only replacement parts for MKII were available so I created an MKI version. Not extremely elegant, but it works. 

Possible enhancements in the future: little more rounded top and maybe a little tighter fit.
