Jeep JK sunglasses clip

This is a sunglasses clip for a Jeep JK 2008.

There are lots of sunglasses clips on thingiverse however the jeep is difficult for a few reasons.

Instead of leather or cloth the visor is made of a hard plastic. This means plastic slips on it quite easily. In addition to that the visor is thinner on one end than the other both vertically and horizontally making it difficult for a friction fit to not want to slip off and makes placement tricky as well.

After multiple designs and prototypes I decided the best way would be for it to fit around the visor as is shown in the pictures. PETG is flexible enough that it fits around the visor tightly when fastened with a 3mm screw and nylock nut. This connects both sides of the clip and does not modify the visor itself in any way.

I printed with PETG as the temps in my area aren't enough to cause a problem with that material. If you live in Arizona or something maybe print with ABS but for most people it should be fine.
