Drill Guide for Boards

A tool to align the drill bit perpendicular and center to the board side. The model consist of 2 parts. The base part clamps to the side of the board. The other cylindrical part is screwed into the base part and guides the drill. The base part features a side slit to view position markers on the board. Versions for some typical metric board thicknesses (20.5, 16.5, 15.2) and drill diameters (4, 5, 6, 8) are provided. For other sizes use the freecad model file which contains a spreadsheet to change the model parameters. The parts in the 3mf file created with Prusa Slicer contain text labels indicating the size.

Prints without support at 0.2mm layer height. Use ≥ 4 vertical shells.
