2 peice wire spool

i made a wire spool that can be printed without supports, it has tabs on the top part that turn and snap into place. bridging needs to be enabled so the small overhangs on the keyed feature print decently. the little bit of overhang helps keep the parts together snug. this version currently can fit wire with a max outer diameter of 3mm.
