Mount to adapt a digital caliper to the Grizzly tailstock.
Take a digital caliper and using a cut off wheel on a dremel cut off all the fingers of the caliper. Then you need to cut 2" off the front of the main column, and 2" off the back guide. You need to drill 2 holes in the column to attach the mount. (As mine was stainless I had to heat the part to soften it enough to drill. It doesn't effect the function of the caliper at all in this use.)
I used 2 3mm x10mm socket caps and a 3mm x 25mm with a nylock nut.
Double sided tape or magnetic tape the caliper to the tailstock and make sure it's aligned with the movement of the tailstock.
