I used the Pi Cam Module 3 case that Freycraft built for their model, and added it on the end of an arm that connects underneath the Y axis bed of an Ender 3. I have an Ender 3 V2 Neo, but it will likely also work on the v2, and maybe the Ender 3 original.
The arm prints in 2 pieces, a little bit of superglue connects them very strong. The camera mount is connected to the arm with an m3 bolt and locknut. I printed a new drawer to mount the Pi inside for Octopi and the camera cable comes out the front of this and to the camera through the cavity inside the arm. The arm is connected to the printer on the bottom rail that the Y bed runs on, with 4 screws with rail nuts.
I printed this is PLA and it would have a little more strength / flex in PETG. But PLA is fine imo
To be honest the arm wobbles a little, as it's quite long. There are a few errors in the model, which Cura seems to spot and fix up. I'd be happy to fix up the model if anyone wants me to, but thought I'd share it anyway. I think my next camera mount will be connected to the Y bed handle 🤔
I leant on the arm at one point and cracked it, then glued it back together cause I didnt want to waste the plastic. You can see the crack in the arm on the underneath shot xD so make sure you don't lean on it lol
Would love to see your print if you want to test it out
Happy Printing ! <3
