Luer Adapter - Fixed Threads

I did this in a slicer because I was too lazy to boot into windows for fusion360… ENJOY :D

Please note that this is a remix of the original in order to fix the issue of the mirrored thread, it has been marked as such with the correct attribution, and the remixed model has been tested and verified as working. Check out the original model too!

The threads on the original model were mirrored on one side, this could kind of work with a bit of force but it was hard to put on and remove. I just fixed it so that the threads were both in the correct orientation, this works perfectly (tested on multiple flux brand syringes and on Terumo Luer Lock syringes).
