Neutrik Nut Holder

I added some identifier plates to d series xls ports on a playback rack earlier this week and was frustrated by fiddling with the nuts to reattached everything to the rack mount. I added a simple wire pass through on one end so that this could be used in applications where wires were already soldered in place or where you couldn't add this easily.  

added a pass through slot on one end to allow for installation where wires are already in place.
