WARNING

The webcam application gets the board too hot for PLA even with the heat sink. I haven't seen it obviously deform but in my case the snap fit stopped working. You'll need to use PETG (and the PETG versions of the case) which has been fine for me so far in limited testing. The only difference between the versions is that the PLA version has a 0.125mm gap for the snap fit and the PETG version has no gap.

Summary

Small case for the Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32S3 Sense. Options with space for a heat sink, an open back (for heat sink and access to pins), and a version to be attached to a peephole (my specific use case). There's also a template to make attaching the heat sink easier, based on the heat sink I had (10.1mm x 14.3mm) which is from a Raspberry Pi 4 heat sink kit. The case snaps together and holds well but is still pretty easy to take apart (on my specific printer/prints at least). The regular versions of the case require support but the peephole version doesn't. The peephole version also has a plate for the antenna, which is set back to allow for double sided tape to attach it to the door.
