Tukkari TS Prusa Mk3s cooling enclosure duct for PSU V2

Version2: This is a remix of my previous Tukkari TS vent to PSU shroud duct (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4738537), this time its adustable so if you have a paver in the enclosure, the part still provides full performance for cooling, while preventing smells/gases escaping from the main enclosure.
