2015 - 2017 Mustang Cup and Accessory Tray Protectors

I built these 2015-2017 Mustang Cup and Accessory Tray Protectors to be inserted in the existing rubber protectors.  These can be easily removed, cleaned and reinstalled without having to remove the rubber parts.

I printed these on the Bambu P1S using Hatchbox Matte Black PLA. I just installed them in my car today so not sure how they will work in the hot summer days here in Florida. You could always print them in PETG or ASA/ABS, but I am hoping the PLA will last.

I printed them bottoms down using the 0.20 Standard default settings on a textured PEI Plate and added normal (auto) support for the grooves on the bottoms. Everything else was default and they turned out pretty clean. I had to use a blade to release the edges of the supports and then they easily pulled out.

I have included logo and non-logo versions depending on your preference. I also included the 3 parts as 1 print file and as separate files. You can easily split the object out in Bambu Slicer if needed.

I am getting an AMS unit this weekend and hope to try a couple versions with pony logo as a different color. I will add pictures when done.

This took about 1:20 to print all 3 pieces together.
