I printed this incredible foldable bow, only to have it tear apart during the folding process. Recognizing the need for added durability, I decided to modify the design by incorporating two layers instead of one.
It's worth noting that while the dual layers enhance strength, it may pose a challenge during folding. The choice of PETG for printing proved advantageous, given its superior strength and flexibility compared to PLA. While I haven't tested it with PLA, the increased rigidity of PLA might make it more prone to brittleness.
