Like many of you, I am stuggling with the back 1/4 of my bed being extremely out-of-level, and somehow, the mesh bed leveling apparently does literally nothing to fix this. This model can show the problems, especially to support. I prefer this to a solid sheet, since you can see more perimeter lines and more interactions from perimeters to solid fill.
If using the STL, set position to X=180, Y=305 to put it at the back edge of the bed with an even margin on all sides.
Then slice and print with any profile you want.
EDIT 12/26/2023: I have added a 3MF file that has the grid already placed appropriately. I recommend applying your own printer/filament settings before slicing, if you do not wish to use my print profile settings. Frankly, the settings should be irrelevant if mesh bed leveling does its job. But, the 3MF as-is will tweak the extruder temp lower during bed probing leading to less drooling and potentially a better print.
