filament splitter 4-way

This is a work in progress, 4-way filament splitter, not yet tested.

Threads are for M10x1 couplers, PTFE tubes with OD4/ID3mm.

Outlet below has a so called sacrificial layer, to print without supports. Only 0.2mm thick, it can easily been punched through with a 4mm drillbit, bolt, screwdriver, …
