Smooth Burner

This is my own design take on the StealthBurner. It's functionally the same as the stock SB, just with a different exterior. This was made with the SB2209 canbus mod in mind, thus the additional 3007 fan on the side door. 
I've also included a knomi version. 
There is only a file for the Rapido hotend mount and not others at the moment. I don't really have plans to make them unless I intend to use them, so feel free to modify that bit to match your hotend.
