40x10 fan clip-on screen

Clip-on screen fits 40x40x10 (4010) fans, Mk2/Mk3/s/Mk4 etc. Catches hairs allowing you to remove them. Flan clips on and off easily by hand, even while the printer is running.  Especially good when printing lots of PETG which create airborne micro-fine threads that will eventually stop up your fan. See the picture example of the “dust bunny” clump of fine-hair lint that can be easily picked off the screen instead of ruining your fan.

Tested on all variants of MK3 in a print farm over the last 2 years. It's not too thick, the MK3 will home.

Print flat side down.

Two files included:

• Blank, or “solid” screen allows you to create your own screen pattern using an infill modifier on a cylinder modifier object in Prusa Slicer.
• STL with grid allows for printing with either .4 or .6 nozzle.
