AMS Lid Grip and Riser v2

This simple lid grip and riser for the AMS is an upgraded version of the original one I published. This grip fits firmly over the tab on the AMS lid so it'll stay put when you're opening and closing the lid.

Right side up it'll raise your lid about 10mm for larger spools and jumpers. You can also flip it upside down and use it as a grip when you want to close the lid fully.

Print without support.  Prints in just a few minutes.  

Made a slot to affix to the lid so it won't fall off and gave finger relief for better usability
