Dart Zone Vulcanator Heavy Duty Magazine Brace

The Dart Zone Vulcanator is hands down the coolest dual magazine blaster in recent history. A downfall is the magazine wells impact design feature. It helps if you accidently clip into a doorway or snag a tree. This safety feature limits the full functionality of the dual magazine wells. This brace also comes with two rail versions! A nerf top rail and a picatinny! Happy Modding!!

Added second version V2 with more refined dimensions and added effects. Print same as before. No supports needed. Top brace should be printed upside down. There is a dedicated front and back brace. Sides are identical.

There are two options for V1:

1. M3 Heat insert version allows for easy removal without worrying about stripping the plastic threads.
2. 2.8mm Hole version requires no heat inserts and self taps with M3 screws.

You will need to print 2 arms and 2 end caps. They are reversible, so no worries about mirroring.

If you are printing the M3 Heat insert version you will need heat inserts with dimensions similar to this McMaster part (https://www.mcmaster.com/94459A130/).

≥3 walls for strength

I would recommend PETG only, but PLA should be strong enough. It will not be as impact resistant.
