Mobile Phone Holder for Velbon Tripod

This phone holder was made specifically to fit the quick release plate mechanism on my Velbon T-3500 tripod, but I expect it will work on other similar models of tripod.

Assembly and Use

1. First join the two Post pieces using the two Pin pieces.
2. Screw the PostLock part way onto the Post
3. Screw the Post into the Plate, and then screw down the PostLock to lock it in place
4. Place the two Grips onto the Post (see photos for correct orientation)
5. Screw the Knob onto the top of the Post 

To use the holder, lock the holder assembly onto your tripod using the tripod quick release mechanism. Place your phone between the two Grips and screw down the Knob to hold the Grips in place.

Print Instructions

Print in PETG using the 3MF files provided; otherwise :

For all parts except the Post :

• 0.3mm layer height
• 2 perimeters
• 15% grid infill

For Post1 and Post2 :

• 0.3mm layer height
• 4 perimeters
• 40% rectilinear infill
