Starting with callum's Rugged case I made the following tweaks:
1. Remade the face design to not bridge as far. Also can now split into parts to print multicolor.

2. Reworked all surfaces that touched the print bed. No more need to supports!
3. Reworked the hole sizes. Should be able to squeeze a m3 through the top hole now, the bottom holes you will need to carefully screw into. Heating them can be helpful but should not be necessary
4. Gave the back shape. This better holds the device facing you instead of storing it face down.

5. Reworked the latches to be a bit smaller. This was just to improve symmetry of the case.

I still needed 3 pieces of 2mm foam on the front of the case, and another 2 stacks on the back. Also used one small piece at the bottom. Its a tight fit and when closed, does not rattle around. Maybe when I get some new colors in I will rework to not use so many cuts of foam sheet. For now it works well.
