Printing

Printing these exquisite ornaments is a joy unto itself! While eliminating the need for supports entirely proved a challenge, I've crafted these balls to be printed effortlessly by placing them on their cap side. By doing so, you'll require minimal supports, primarily for the larger overhangs. With the right bridging settings, there's a possibility to print these without any supports at all, a feat I'm determined to achieve in the future. For now, enjoy the ease of printing these enchanting ornaments and witness the magic unfold as they come to life, ready to grace your holiday tree with their charm.

Filament

My model can be printed using standard white PLA, complemented by a combination of red and orange SILK PLA as showcased in the pictures. While there's no need for special filament, I highly recommend opting for the shiny silk PLA variant as it enhances the overall appeal and makes the model look exceptionally cooler.

I plan to include a cap for the ornament in the upcoming weeks. However, I'm confident that there are numerous cap designs available on this platform for anyone wondering why it hasn't been added yet :)
