Remix USLH: Universal Square Lens Hood

Remixed lens hood.

1. Uses a screw thread generation library with much faster render performance.
2. Adds a parameter for filter thread offset angle.
3. Adds a parameter to generate a simple "blank" test fit part for determining the required filter thread offset angle for your particular lens. This feature is not present in the Thingiverse customizer version - download the full OpenSCAD file to use this. The full file also requires the thread generation library, whereas the customizer version of the file has the required library functions inlined into the file.

Uses a thread generation library with much faster render performance. Code cleaned up. Added a parameter for thread rotational offset to ensure hood screws on square to any lens, as well as a parameter to generate a “blank” for test fitting and determining the required angle offset.
