Remixed BIQU H2 mount, BLTouch and fan shroud

I remixed two designs to fit the BIQU H2 on my Ender 2 v2, which does not have mounting holes for the BLTouch.

Description

This version is fixed to the Ender 3 v2 X-Carriage using the two upper roller wheel screws instead of the BLTouch mounting holes.
