Print with no supports, 0.2mm works fine.
The holes are “plugged” on purpose, to facilitate printing without supports, if they are still closed after printing is finished, clean it up with a properly sized drill bit, or even force through with the screw since it's just a single 0.2mm layer
The author remixed this model.
I wasn't happy with the already available remixes of the rear cover for hex head M3 screws, so I used Tinkercad to create the clearance needed and also open the pass-through slot for the cable so that you don't have to unscrew when you forget to pass the cable through (ask me how I discovered that)
