Introduction

The technique of transmitting power over a small area to the kick pedal is well known.

This is one approach that makes it easier to transmit power to the bass drum.

This is a support tool that attaches to the foot pedal.

When you step on the foot pedal, your foot will make contact with a point instead of a surface, allowing you to play the bass drum clearly and loudly.

I use it on the left side of the twin pedals to help even out the sound on both. Of course, it could be attached on the right side.

Build info.

  • No support material is needed.
  • PLA or PETG is better.
  • It comprises two parts.
  • Other parts are needed.
    • M3 nuts x2
    • M3 x 25(or longer) screws x2

Assembly Instruction

  1. Print the upper part and the lower part first.
  2. Insert M3 nuts into the hexiagonal holes on the lower part.
  3. Tighten the M3 screws so that the footboard is sandwiched between the upper part and the lower part.
