paper cutter / Papierschneider

This is my design for a gift paper cutter.

Since the available designs did not work well for me with smaller diameter of gift paper rolls, I made my own design. I also had functional problems like crumpled paper because it did slide between the holder and the blade or because it reached to bottom of the blade cutout before getting cut.

What works well and what I kept on my design is the exacto knife blade size no.11.

So I made my changes and the result is available here. I am curious about feedback and further possible improvements.
