I created this quick release for the luggage carrier on an Engwe Engine X or Pro. May also work on other bikes, but not sure. At least it could be adapted.
Works great with the Engwe 17-35L rack bag or Engwe 17L bag. But should work with most bags and even crates.
It is preferred to use ABS or PETG for all parts. However, PLA voor everything except the securing strips will work fine to. Print with 100% infill for the best results.
Make sure to print the front parts with supports!
In revision 4 I made extra holes to accommodate for the Engwe back pack, so you can combine it with the mount.
For revision 4 there are STL files available for normal sized printers, where the front and rear parts are in one peace, and separate ones for smaller printers
I used crazy glue (secondelijm) to glue everything together as in the composite image. That works for PLA and ABS. For ABS you can also use aceton. For PETG you need to use some other glue.
The securing strips can be mounted using M3 screws and a washer.
Then you can use the velcro of the bag to mount the bag to the quick release. Additionally or alternatively you could use the holes in the mount and screws the bag to it.
I used revision 3 (printed in PLA) for a full year in Dutch weather. The PLA held well except for the securing strips which broke and which I reprinted in ABS. Also the mount of the Engwe 17-35L bag broke at one place but was held together by the bag itself, so it was still functional.
