I decided to take a fresh look at my original spiral Fidget Toy and here is Version 2.0. These toys don't serve any purpose other than they are fun to design in Shapr3D, fun to play, move in interesting ways and are easy to print.
Just print two copies of the uploaded .stl model in two different colours and slide them together to have some fun. The print in my photos was printed on my Mini+ using orange and black Prusament PETG. Each print takes about 1h 35 min at 0.20mm speed with the new Input Shaper feature enabled. Once you finish printing, you need to loosen the knurled grip ring so that it spins freely. I actually put a bit of dry teflon lubricant inside the gap to help the ring spin a bit better. Side the two prints together and then play around with it while holding each print by the knurled grip rings.
Enjoy and let me know what you think.
