Prusa Mini Buddy Board Cable Management Cover

This is a REMIX of the cable management by Pekcitron & Clivebradshaw, with a little Prusa Hex spin for the vents. 

I personally didn't like the factory ovals for the Mini, or the slots from Clivebradshaw, so decided to enhance the look a bit for what was improved upon in a great deal. I even think it's going to provide a little more evacuation of heat from inside the buddy board enclosure as temps range from the mid 90's to the mid 100's inside.

Version2 - went ahead and made some improvements to both parts for Version 2:

1. Top cover - moved the HOT end cable opening all the way to the edge\corner of the top cover and slightly put some angle on the opening so that it wouldn't bunch up the cable underneath the axis when the HOT end\extruder is in it's lowest position.
2. Top cover - with the HOT end cable moved over, utilized the available space to extend the vents over to provide even more ventilation of the stepper motor drivers on the buddy board.
3. Top cover - added a couple ribs on top of the Hex vent bumps, along with a coupe zip tie slots to secure the bed cable to.
4. Cable cover - extended the venting up into the cover for a future version which includes a 30x30x10mm fan that will blow down into the enclosure.

 Fan version is almost done, just finishing up some extra touches and testing airflow.
