LMT-6 Waterproof Connector 400A

They are very high quality and for max 400A.

I created blind plugs for transport so that the threads and contacts are protected.
 

To assemble: 

Print all parts. Then you strip the insulation from the cable and put it through my plug. 

Then solder the cables to the LMT-6. Then stick some 2K glue on the LMT-6 connector and plug it in the printed part. 

Finally, pour epoxy into the rear hole on the printed part until everything is nicely filled. 

On the male plug with the union nut, the nut is designed to be 2% larger. The nut should therefore go over the thread of the female plug. Pressure settings for me were 0.15mm with 5 walls. After pressing on the female plug, grind a small bevel on the thread and apply Vaseline to the thread. Then test with the blind plugs and turn them up and down a few times. Then the thread should run cleanly.
