Just starting to learn CAD (Not for the feint of heart even for what looks like a simple build like this).
I designed this for a Gummy Bear loving friend of mine. Guess what's going inside?
Infill: Any
PetG for Food (PLA is not Food rated so use some kind of liner for food)
When you use it, DO NOT over tighten because it will break. There will be a slight gap. I free spin it and then slowly and gently rotate it to it's proper alignment.
In Bambu Studio for the X1 Carbon you can use a modifier to set the screw part to a denser infill. Right click (or secondary click on your MAC) to pull up a screen of options and choose a modifier (cylinder) then position it so the screw and it's circular base section is covered completely. Then you will see an additional part show up in your objects section on the left where you can set the density. I suggest 100% infill.
Don't do 100% infill anywhere else especially the top because it gets heavy.
Hope you like it. It took for freaking ever to get it right. But I'm happy with it so far.
