Replacement Battery Cover for Logitech M570 Marble Mouse

I lost the battery cover to my mouse and the battery tends to fall out without the cover in place. 

I found a printable replacement cover but it didn't quite sit flush with the mouse and so I created a remix in FreeCAD.

I also created a hexagon pattern variation, because hexagons are awesome.

Printed in PLA at 0.2mm layer height.

No supports required.

Re-modeled in FreeCAD and exported as .step files.

This model is slightly thinner so that it sits flush with the back of the mouse. 

The tab spring is a tiny bit thicker to give it a little more force on closing. 

The tabs have been filleted and the large tab sticks out slightly less to make printing easier. 

I added a hex pattern variation.
