Acupuncture Needles (those with with only the little spiral handle) 

I removed the dust cover of the big bearings, cleaned out the grease and replaced it with some non-toxic oil. This provides much smoother operation. Not necessary if your bearings already run smoothly.

The fit of the big bearing in the handle is pretty tight, so you might want do increase the tolerance a little if you print in something more brittle than PETG.

Also I set the seam to random to make the fit easier on all parts.

Before inserting the needles, put a kink in the handle so it won't slip out.

The Model is designed in FreeCAD and mostly parametric. Needs the Gears Toolbox.
