I use the following settings to print this model with a hole for hanging:

• Orientation: Top
• Brim: 5mm
• Mode: Vase
• Bottom layers: Enough to get two layers into the spiral, about 40 for 0.3mm or 60 for 0.2mm layer heights. This only costs an additional 2-3 grams of material.
• Cooling: set lowest speed to 3mms 

The stl file is scaled to 120mm in height and 58mm in both X and Y dimensions, but the 3mf file is not. You can adjust the scale according to your preference. I have printed them at 12% scale and they worked well.
