BDsensor mount for Voron v0.2

It's a BDsensor mount for Voron v0.2 minified miniSB with sherpa mini mount.

Remix from MiniSB-Extruder-Mounts.

Required hardware:
 a M2 self tap screw 10mm, longer is ok.
 a tiny zip tie, optional, for guide the cable between sensor and chip case.

Use BDsensor_offset.stl to tune sensor height, use slicer Z scale function to get the height you want, and put the printed offset between sensor and mount.

For reference my  setup is use 1mm offset, its possible different for different bed.

Chip case uses friction mount, not completly fixed, it may slide off if you running brutal printing speed.

BDSensor_old.stl is a old design, it doesn't has chip case mount.
