Mini Bondtech extruder Internal Filament Sensor (IFS) parts

I inherited a Bondtech extruder that didn't come with the internal filament sensor parts and needed to make my own instead of waiting on shipping.  I don't even think they sell the parts anyway, as extruders just come with the little plastic parts.  Measurements should be similar to the original and, like that one, the end user canibalizes the Prusa filament sensor parts to rearrange them inside the extruder and clean up the side of the Mini.  

Directions are shown here as the parts in this build are just the two levers that go inside (printed white in the photos below for clarity): 

I am including the 3mf file with the oriientation I used for the minimum amount of supports.  You can probably print it without supports entirely if you want to take the chance but it's such a small print that it didn't seem worth it.
