BLING in the New Year - Novelty Gold Chain

This is a novelty gold chain with removable magnetic faceplates!

Unfortunately, this print requires a brim for each chainlink. That means it will require some cleanup once the print is complete. The better the cleanup, the more comfortable the chain is to wear around your neck.

There are minimal supports required. You only need supports on the ring that attaches the main piece to the chain. See the buildplate image, the supports are in green.

The magnet holes are TIGHT, very tight. This is on purpose so you don't need glue to keep the magnets secure. I ended up using a chisel and a rubber mallet to hammer the magnets in. As you can tell from the photo, I only needed 5 magnets for good sticking power. I used these specific magnets: (affiliate link) 4mm x 2mm circle magnets.

The hole in the bling plate is for pushing the faceplate out easily to swap them.

You can easily customize the faceplates for whatever you'd like. The included faceplate is blank (unless you use the included print profiles!). You can customize to whatever you'd like!
