A little fanfiction. = D

“Just flesh”
Battle of Rigel
Hank-ari Kanorthi

From the fringes to the central clusters, they call themselves Setrok.
The final war broke out thousands of years ago against the unknown evil that threatened the universe. They were successful and defended the world. But it came at a huge price, and since then everything has been under their control, and many, many billions of beings have been enslaved.

The statue depicts Hank-ari Kanorthi, the bright emperor

I just started learning 3D modeling at Blender, for me this kind of modeling is still a bit weird, but I like it. I figured out the stranger while modeling. The model itself is not very detailed, nor is it too complicated, I tried to design it for printing without support, keeping in mind the technological possibility of fdm printing, some place have little overhang but are not necessary support. I hope the model will be as much fun for others as the learning process for me. = D

Print Settings

  • Material: Prusament - a Ocean Blue Petg
  • Nozzle: 0.4mm
  • Layerheight: 0.1mm
  • Supports: None
  • Seam position: Aligned
  • Seam Paint: Modell back side

For Mini Settings
Printer Settings - Extruder

  • Length: 1.2
  • Retraction Speed: 40
  • Retract amount before wipe: 0

This is necessary because I have noticed that the mini sometimes leaves rather ugly scars, not only when changing layers, but every time after retraction and travel.
I hope and the observations show that these settings have improved on this settings.

Post Process

It is a bit overhang in some places, but can be easily corrected with a scalpel, this petg is well and easy to carve.
