Great solution, these go around my ponytail or bun perfectly.

This still makes the top strap hit the top of the ear.

Used PETG with a .4 nozzle and .2 fast layers. Had to custom scale for a small head, but works perfectly! Thank you for sharing!!!

Works nicely for youth heads with medical masks. For adults I increase the width to ~135-140%

Thanks for the information. Most of the masks that I've used worked without modifications. But if it's helpful then I'll post a wider version.
