I'm using a 0.5mm nozzle and sometimes the walls are too thin and are not printed.
Also i have some spare Futaba S3003 41mm in width and will not fit the support.
As seen on the sliced models, the right one is missing some walls.
Tnx for the STEP file provided
Update 10 Dec 23:
Made my own servo operated pushblock.
Using a small SG90MG, 30mm M4 screw with insert (i did not even put one).
All efforts from the lever are pushed on the M4 screw, and the servo is free floating.
Update 09 Dec 23:
Modded the lever, deeper recess for the spring, and added a small tab. That tab is used to limit the outwards travel of the lever, it needs to be cut or sanded down to have the blade clear the filament path. See part marked with red circle on photo.
Modded the other parts to fit a half round M3 retaining screw for the blade, now the screw fits inside when the lever is pushed.
Clearance to use a 45° blade.
Changed all M3 insert holes to 4mm to better fit my inserts.
Deeper recess for the spring as well.
Parts are easier to print, no large overhangs and open back for better air flow
The author remixed this model.
