clipping would not be possible/stable enough unfortunately....
But if your parts are glued together you could use "XY-Expansion= -0,1" in prusaslicer. This can compesate some tolerances.

Printed a bunch of these for family members. While there is absolutely nothing wrong with it and it fits like a glove on the more recent version of the vaccination certificate, it seems that the older version is a wee bit bigger and unfortunately does not fit.
If I give you the dimensions of the older certificate, would you be able to quickly change the dimensions and upload a second model? That'd be very much appreciated.

If you scale x and y to 80% (z remains at 100%), it fits an Austrian "Impfpass" (the old, not the international EU one) perfectly!
also printable in TPU.
