BambuLab AMS GST3D spool adapter

This is my remix of the BambuLab AMS GST3D spool adapter by @SebastianBank_794759.
I added raised sections that interlock with the GST3D spool to prevent the spool adapter from slipping. 

I printed this model in PLA (0.2mm layer height and 3 walls), but other materials should work too.
