Slicers will take 3mf files. There are online converters if your slicer won't take them and demands an STL.
Part Naming convention #Name# Example 3BrakeDisc15 indicates you need 3 of these parts and the recommended infill is 15%. I printed several small structural parts with 100% infill and recommend such.
I used 2- 3/32" roll pins 7/16" long for the arm joints. You could use toothpicks, coat hanger wire, or nails, or … for these
I used 4 - 1/8" roll pins 1.5" long for the axles, shoulder joint, and wheelie angle. You could use toothpicks, coat hanger wire, or nails, or … for these
Everything was printed without support. There are some designed supports that will have to be clicked off. There might be some advantage in using supports for printing the body halves otherwise there may be a bit of cleanup in the cavity for the rear mounting. I used no Brims or Rafts.
The glue will need to be applied to connect the tire wheel halves, body halves, rear mount to the body, and handlebar to the front fork.
Some sanding may be required as other joints are press-fit.
Small wire or thread is used to attach the number plates.
