BZI for Ender 3 Y-axis Idlers

The original uses two F695 ball bearings for the idler and M5 washers. The BOM did not account for these parts in the original manual as this is an optional yet required part for an 1140mm belt. 

This reuses the bearings on the Y-axis of the Ender 3 Pro and M4 washers and achieves the same purpose.

The gap for the idler and washers has been increased to compensate for the thicker bearings.

Resuses the bearings on the Y-axis of the Ender 3 Pro and M4 washers instead of two F695 ball bearing for the idler and M5 washers.
