The whole model uses about 90 grams of filament. I do 15% infill, Snug supports along the interior of the frame, no supports on the holes on the back of the frame fillets down on the picture backer. I also use .1mm layer heights to keep the detail nice and high on all of the rounded areas. Print one of the two large items and 8 of the tabs flat part on the bed. I printed the whole thing on a MK4 with Prusament PLA and some Atomic Bright White using default Prusament settings.
Assembly is pretty easy. Using default prusament settings and .1mm layer heights the tabs require being placed on a table and the frame being pushed onto them one by one. The snap fit is solid with enough drag to stay in place. The F3D file has some parameters set, I originally intended to make it parametric, but said screw it the model is done and works.
