Helium Hotspot case lids for RAK2287 and RAK2245 Lora Concentrators

Two lids for use with the original modular case system to allow Rak2287 and Rak2245 Pi hats/concentrators exposing the heatsink for cooling (and hotrod looks) as well as adding a boss with hex for an external SMA connector. Useful for those that have legacy alpha DIY miners, building data-only hotspots or those looking to modify/upgrade third party miners where changing the case will be necessary.
