MK3S+ Extruder adaptation for Revo Mini

I ordered the wrong version of the Revo for my MK3.  Instead of ordering the Revo Six I purchased a Revo Mini.

Instead of returning the mini I just created a new extruder body and motor plate with the throat modified to fit the Revo Mini.  It works quite well as the mini has a nut that you can adjust to get a good tight fit in the extruder.
