This is an alternitive screw plug for the Versys 650 92066-0735, it should also be compatiable with the 2012 EX250KCF.
I made this to replace two broken ones that I have on my Givi top box mount that I have recently refurbished. I redesigned the top section to be a bit thicker so that it is less likely to break when removing and the plug section is slightly shorter so you don't need to worry about it breaking off inside the screw, it slots in easily but needs knocking in with a plastic hammer to be properly seated.
I printed mine in PLA but reccomend an outdoor capable filament if you have one, I'll see how mine get on in time. I also used 20 walls and super quality print presets so that it is 100% filled in for strength.
