A simple case for a Raspberry Pi and the Sonoff ZBdongle-E, not ZBdongle-P! Pay attention, they are almost the same dimensions and look the same. I think all -E models have the label “Zigbee 2.0 USB Dongle Plus” on them while the -P models do not have the “Plus”. But check the seller's description to be sure.

The Sonoff is not directly plugged into the Raspberry to prevent signal loss through interference, the few centimeters make a huge difference.

To assemble you need:

- Base
- Cover. You can manually swap the filament for the multicolor front, it's only 3 layers.
- Mesh (no top or bottom layers, one perimeter, ~40% infill with your favorite pattern)
- 1x 20mm M3 counter sunk OR 1x 16mm M3 counter sunk and a M3 heat insert (4mm deep, 5mm diameter, Voron standard issue)
- 2x 10cm wire, ~20 AWG, optional for power extension
- 1x female USB C plug, optional for power extension
- 1x male USB C plug, optional for power extension
- 1x Raspberry Pi 4
- 1x 20cm USB extension
- 1x Sonoff ZBdongle-E, NOT the ZBdongle-P. Pay

The USB extension cable allows you to have the power plug on the bottom of the enclosure. The extension will prevent you from using a USB PD enabled power supply, only “dumb” power supplies work (those without a USB-C port for the most part).

Assembling should be self explanatory :)
